Lovely room. Pleasant staff, excellent swimming pool and spa. We had delicious food in the evening and were served by Poppy as our waitress. She introduced herself and was extremely attentive and had a great sense of humour. On the second night she remembered that I liked to have a spoon to share my husband's dessert. She brought out the spoon with a rye cheeky smile. I loved this. Thank you Poppy for your professionalism in making our evenings so welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the weekend.

Had such a lovely spa day at Solent. The spa is lovely; really clean and spacious. The treatment area is so cosy and peaceful. I had a massage and facial with Grace. She was soo friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel so relaxed, both treatments were just perfect! She also talked me through products used that she recommended for my skin which I was really grateful for! Thank you so much Grace! Would highly recommend Solent spa

An absolutely divine experience. Had the afternoon tea and temple spa bundle booked for my birthday. Excellent customer service and assistance from the beginning of my experience to the end. The facilities within the building are state of the art and work effectively. Charlotte on the front desk was very helpful, along with some of the other ladies who were around to help. Also, the restaurant staff were very helpful and patient during my afternoon tea, making sure I was okay and enjoying the experience, which I was. During my Temple Spa Back To Life massage, Grace did an amazing job at making me feel relaxed and at ease. Not only this, but her expert experience made me feel brand new and refreshed after having my back body treatment. She was such a lovely person. The staff at Solent Hotel and Spa should be celebrated. They did such a great job. Thank you so much.

I had a fantastic stay at the Solent Hotel and Spa. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. The spa we visited was wonderful, and I saw a cleaner there who was exceptional—friendly and very helpful, assisting us with towels and ensuring the changing rooms and showers were immaculate. Dani, you're doing an excellent job—keep up the great work for the guests. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to understand my needs and tailored the treatment perfectly, ensuring every moment felt therapeutic and rejuvenating. The pressure, technique, and flow of the treatment were exceptional, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and revitalized. It’s clear they are passionate about what they do and truly care about their clients’ wellbeing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality spa experience. Another wonderful experience for our annual girl's child-free 24 hours! Our fourth visit and it didn't disappoint for value or service. We took advantage again of the one night offer. Grace was amazing and is an asset to the spa. Embarrassingly, my husband threw the packaging attached to my newly purchased products which could have thankes Grace directly for her kind, calming approach, she guided me through everything in a professional, friendly manner - I couldn't have asked for more she was amazing whilst going at my pace and unknowingly managing my anxiety. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived which meant we had to enter our treatment without robes - despite asking for a robe, it never came.. It wasn't so conformable moving to our room in a towel or two as it would have been in a robe - perhaps moving forward, I such circumstance there could be robes on offer when rooms aren't ready but treatments have been booked/paid for? Reaturant has changed hands since our last booking, I believe the chef will absolutely have a full cracking menu in due course: the tempura prawns were incredible. The grill options seemed really good value for those of our party that ordered. Spa improvements since our last bist, we loved the rainforest shower and its invigorating options. Thanks again for another great experience/stay.

Spa day, lovely afternoon tea - very nice and tasty. Use of facilities - disappointed that the pool/jacuzzi was not warm (due to a heating fault that we were not told about at arrival). Massage with Hannah C was very good, heated bed and oils nice touch. Professional and friendly service. Relax room a nice touch too.
